1. Website information and use

Mercantile & Co. provides information about our store, vendor opportunities, and related services. Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, submit malicious files, or misuse another person's information.

Store information, events, availability, and website features may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but please contact us to confirm details important to your plans. Floor plans and displayed space information do not by themselves reserve a space.

2. Vendor applications and submissions

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a particular location, or a rental agreement. We review applications and communicate next steps separately. A confirmation email or text acknowledges receipt; it is not an approval or a reservation.

You are responsible for information and files you submit and for having the right to share them with us. You authorize us to use submitted information and images to review your application or request and provide the related service. Submission alone does not authorize public promotional use of your photographs.

Items offered to vendors

The “Sell to our vendors” service shares your submitted contact details, pickup area, item information, and photos or videos with authorized vendors when you give permission. Interested vendors contact you directly. Mercantile & Co. does not purchase, consign, broker, or process these sales. All pricing, payment, pickup, and other arrangements are solely between the seller and the individual vendor. Submission does not guarantee an offer or sale. Do not use seller details to enroll sellers in marketing.

3. Rental agreements and vendor policies

A completed, properly executed rental agreement and the policies incorporated into that agreement govern your rental relationship. These website terms do not replace that agreement or change its rent, notice, payment, or other requirements.

Submitting a website form does not by itself execute a lease, make a payment, create an external service account, or complete another transaction unless the specific connected service clearly confirms that action. Follow the instructions and terms shown for each service.

4. Accounts and third-party services

Where accounts are available, keep your sign-in details private and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Access to staff functions is limited to authorized personnel.

External services linked from our website, including vendor inventory and sales platforms, have their own terms and availability. Please review the relevant provider's terms when using those services.

5. Mercantile & Co. email and text-message programs

Program and message types

Depending on the choices you make when signing up or submitting a form, Mercantile & Co. may send application and request confirmations, service updates, store announcements, opening news, event reminders, newsletters, or promotional messages. Marketing subscriptions and submission-related notification choices are separate.

Your consent

When you select a text-message opt-in, you agree to receive automated texts at the mobile number you provide for the purpose described beside that choice. You must be authorized to use the number. Text and email marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, applying to become a vendor, or renting space.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Service messages depend on your submissions and account activity; promotional messages depend on store news and events. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for applicable charges.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of subscribed text messages. You may receive a message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email tal.info@mercantileandco.com. Use the unsubscribe link in email newsletters to stop those subscriptions.

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, update your contact details and subscriptions. Message delivery depends on carrier support and network availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Please contact the store directly for urgent matters.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact information and messaging preferences. We do not sell personal information or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Website content

Mercantile & Co.'s branding, website design, and original content belong to Mercantile & Co. or the relevant rights holders. Contact us before reproducing our branding or website materials for commercial use. Rights in content submitted by vendors or other users remain with the relevant rights holders.

7. Availability and updates

We may update website information and features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. Keep a copy of important confirmations and agreements and contact us if a submission does not appear to have completed.

We may revise these website terms as services change. The updated date above identifies the current version. A separately executed rental agreement remains subject to its own amendment requirements.
