Our monthly events keep returning customers coming back and attract new customers. Vendor participation in the four storewide sales per year is convenient and simple.

What can I sell at Mercantile & Co?

We welcome a wide variety of merchandise, including:

All merchandise must meet our store guidelines.

Are the rental terms flexible?

Yes! Our rental agreements are month-to-month.

How much does it cost to rent a space?

Monthly rent varies by the size and location of your space.

Is there a sales commission?

Yes. We charge a 12% commission on gross sales.

Can I choose a specific booth?

Tell us your preferred space type, size, and location when you apply. Our management team will place you in the space best suited to your merchandise.

How do I manage my inventory and price tags?

Through Consignor Access, you will manage your inventory, create and print barcode price labels from home or in store, and track your sales in real time.

How and when will I get paid?

You’ll be paid by direct deposit every month.

Mercantile & Co. was founded by a mother-daughter duo with a shared love for supporting small business, shopping local, and the joy of stumbling across something truly special. Drawing on their experience with two multi-award-winning stores, the founders are thrilled to bring a fresh and exciting shopping experience to Tallahassee.
