Proxy Grenache Blanc Dry Creek Valley ’19
The 2019 Dry Creek Valley Grenache Blanc shows explosive aromas of white peach, passion fruit, and guava. The mouth is weighty with dense layers of tropical fruit with hints of citrus and stone fruit, and well balanced by natural acidity. This wine is a gorgeous expression of pure, clean Grenache Blanc.
The grapes were hand picked on September 24th, 2019 and fermented slow and cold to dryness.

About the Winery
Before striking out on her own, winemaker and proprietor at Proxy, Molly Lippitt Lyman, spent fifteen years working alongside many of California’s most renowned and celebrated winemakers (Heidi Barrett, Philipe Melka, Julien Fayard, Mike Hirby, and Scott Rich). She credits this tutelage for honing her detail-focused, site-honoring winemaking style.
Molly currently acts as consulting winemaker for a handful of wine brands within the Napa Valley. With Proxy Wines, Molly focuses on winemaking as a hobby, crafting varietals that she enjoys drinking on her days off. Overall production will always be limited.
